There were several USC alumni and some special guests who attended our Men’s Basketball Game versus Arizona tonight.
Their pictures were shown on the Galen Center big screen, and Trojan Candy took their pictures too.
On the big screen, the first USC alumnus was football wide receiver Nelson Agholor, who now plays for the New England Patriots. Trojan Candy interviewed and took a video and pictures of Nelson when he was playing as an undergrad at USC. My first picture of Nelson was at the Football Awards Banquet on December 14, 2012. At the Football Awards Banquet on December 17, 2014, he autographed a hand-made card for my grandson Zane. I took a video of Nelson as he led our football team out of the tunnel on October 13, 2018. Another picture of Nelson was at our men’s basketball game vs UCLA on January 19. 2019. We beat the Bruins 80 to 67! Keep FIGHTING On, Nelson!
Sitting next to Nelson in their courtside seats was rapper, singer, and songwriter 24kGoldn.
Nearby were two more USC football players. On the Galen Center big screen on the left is current USC Center # 62 Brett Neilon and on the right is Alijah Vera-Tucker, who now plays for the New York Jets. Trojan Candy has taken several pictures of Brett for this blog. This picture of Brett was taken when he was a freshman. I also interviewed Alijah for my 12/12/2018 football banquet blog.
Trojan Candy walked over to Brett and Alijah and took this picture of my two friends. Keep FIGHTING ON, Brett! Keep FIGHTING ON, Alijah!
On the Galen Center big screen was our Head Football Coach Lincoln Riley. Coach Riley must like basketball. He has come to several men’s games. FIGHT ON, Coach Riley!
After our game ended, which we unfortunately lost, Trojan Candy took two more pictures.
Here is my friend Justyn Wilson and his daughter Neva. Justyn normally sits right across the aisle from me. FIGHT ON, Justyn!
My last picture was of our fabulous baton twirler Emily Tutnick. FIGHT ON, Emily!
FIGHT ON, USC Men’s Basketball!
