Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013---Women of Troy Volleyball vs. Lady Bruins

Trojan Candy enjoyed the Women of Troy Volleyball match against the Lady Bruins.

Our team salutes the flag.

The Galen Center crowd, that was mainly Trojans, cheered for every point that our Women of Troy scored.

With sharp eyes, I saw the Women of Troy Basketball Team sitting in the student section. After our Trojans won the first set 25-23, I went to take their pictures.

Our Women of Troy won the second set 25-22 but lost the third set 21-25. Then came the decisive fourth set. Our team over-powered the Bruins 25-16! What a thrill it is to beat the Bruins! Our team celebrates with the Spirit of Troy.

Trojan Candy noticed that, after the victory, Sophomore starter Samantha Bricio was completely surrounded by fans. She was smiling, poised and gracious! FIGHT ON, Samantha!

Wednesday, September 18, 2013---Women of Troy Volleyball Home Opener

Trojan Candy thoroughly enjoyed walking around the Galen Center volleyball court taking pictures. Our Women of Troy Volleyball team finally returned home for their season opener.

The match lasted three sets.

Our Women of Troy won 25-18, 25-15 and 25-19. Our record to date is 9-1. What a good start to the season!
