As you walk up to the statue and look to your right at two o'clock from the statue (where noon is north), you will see Mike Garrett's 1965 Heisman trophy. The six Heisman trophies form three quarters of the inner circle around the Drum Major.
To complete the inner circle at four o'clock is a plaque describing the Heisman Trophy and the Honda Broderick Cup.
On the north wall of the lobby and on the east side is the USC Football display. We see a sweater for Brice Taylor (1930), the jerseys of Heisman trophy winners Mike Garrett, Charles White, Marcus Allen, and Carson Palmer, and a touch screen display for football.
To the right of the touch screen are a jersey and the 2012 Bilenikoff Award for Marqise Lee.
On the south wall of the lobby on the east side is the Men's National Champions display with 2012 Tennis Champion Steve Johnson in the mural. On the left you can see Steve Johnson's jersey, and on the right you can use a touch screen display of the various National Champions. We have 115 in Swimming and Diving, 36 in Tennis, 129 in Track and Field, and 4 in Golf.
At the south end of the lobby is the information desk that is no longer manned by Trojan Candy and other veteran volunteers. Beyond the glass partition on the right is the elevator. Past the elevator are the offices of the Sports Information Department.
On the south wall of the lobby on the west side is the Women's National Champions display. On the left is the touch screen display. We have 54 in Swimming and Diving, 4 in Golf, 1 in Sand Volleyball, 7 in Tennis, and 26 in Track and Field.
At the right end of the Women's National Champions display are "Annie Park's 7 iron, visor and golf shirt from her 2013 rounds that earned her an individual National Championship."
On the north wall of the lobby on the west side is the Olympic Heritage display. You can see the touch screen display on the right.
On the left side of the Olympics display is the uniform worn by Rebecca Soni in the 2012 London Olympics Opening Ceremony.
Now let's look at the outer circle of National Championship trophies. At 12 o'clock is a place for a future Women's Rowing trophy.
At 1 o'clock is the 1976 Men's National Collegiate Outdoor Track Team Championship trophy.
At 2 o'clock is the Leishman Trophy for the Rose Bowl Champion on January 1, 2004.
