Saturday, October 12, 2024---USC Beach Volleyball's 4th Consecutive Ring Ceremony
Trojan Candy and my husband Jim were invited to the Beach Volleyball’s 4th Consecutive Ring Ceremony. We arrived at the Bashor Lounge of Heritage Hall for the event. I started taking pictures of the guests as soon as I could.
Coach Dain Blanton was the first person I saw.

In the lobby were three Beach Volleyball staff members who checked in the guests.

Then, the program began. Director of Athletics Jennifer Cohen spoke first to the audience. Then President Carol Folt followed next.
After their talks, a group picture was taken.
Coach Blanton presented the first 2024 Championship ring to Carol Folt. Then he presented one to Jennifer Cohen.

Tuesday, October 1, 2024---Town and Gown Meeting
At the first Town and Gown meeting of the 2024-2025 school year, there were three speakers. The first two speakers were twins Audrey (2/21/2020) and Nicole Nourse (2/21/2020) who are Town and Gown Scholars. Audrey and Nicole won four NCAA titles in Beach Volleyball at USC! Here is Trojan Candy’s video of Audrey and Nicole’s speech.
The third Town and Gown speaker was USC Charles Griffin Cale Director of Athletics Jennifer Cohen.
Town and Gown’s Lisa Up De Graff introduced Jennifer.

Saturday, September 7, 2024---USC Football vs Utah State
Today is the first home game for the USC football team! Our opponents were the Utah State Aggies.
Trojan Candy arrived early at the Coliseum and took this video of the USC football players arriving on three buses.
I took pictures of the two Heisman Trophy banners that were added in the end zone. See the new numbers #5 and #13! Congratulations, Reggie Bush and Caleb Williams!
Now it was time for our USC Team to come out to warm up.
That made the score USC 17 Utah State 0.

At a break in the second period, our USC Spirit Leaders and Song Girls performed in the East End Zone.
In the third quarter the championships of the Beach Volleyball team were shown on the video board.
Friday, September 6, 2024---First 2024 USC Football Home Game Rally
My husband Jim and I arrived at the Spirit of Troy band practice at Loker Stadium at 4:00 pm. It was sunny and hot, but the band kept practicing for Saturday's football game with Utah State.

Here is the USC Football Rally! Standing on the platform with USC Band Director Jake Vogel was Redshirt Junior #10 Wide Receiver Kyron Hudson. He was chosen to hold up the Trojan Sword during "Tusk."
