Wednesday, May 8, 2019---2019 Women of Troy Beach Volleyball Banquet

Trojan Candy arrived for the Women of Troy Beach Volleyball Banquet a little later than I like to. As soon as I entered the Galen Center Founder's Room, I saw several Women of Troy Beach Volleyball players talking to one another. I got my camera and started taking pictures as soon as I could.

Just before the program began, Trojan Candy took this picture of the guests at my table. Standing were Dudley and Patti Poon, Coach Anna Collier, BVB announcer Leland Waters, Doris Hughes, Jerry Ensom, Sports Information Director Jeremy Wu and sitting was Mel Hughes.

Now, it was time to eat dinner and watch the program.

First, Coach Anna Collier introduced the four Freshman players and presented each of them with a blanket.

The Freshmen were Hannah Martin, Mollie Ebertin, Karina Myszkowski (2/21/2019) and Laurel Kujan.

Then, Leland Waters introduced USC Athletic Director Lynn Swann.

Our guest speaker was BVB alumna Sara Hughes.

The three BVB coaches presented the awards.

The 2019 season highlights were shown next. The Spirit of Troy was asked to accompany the next video because of an audio problem.

The guests enjoyed the Spirit of Troy.
