Sunday, April 13, 2025---USC Men’s Tennis Senior Day

My husband Jim and I arrived at the David X. Marks Tennis Stadium just in time to take pictures of the Men’s Tennis Senior Day just before their match with the Michigan Wolverines.

The team’s undergraduate members formed two lines at the door to greet our four Senior graduates.

A video of our first Senior to be honored, graduate student Captain Tristan Bradley, was shown on the big screen.

Our second Senior was Karl Lee (3/18/2023). Karl accumulated a 55-30 singles record and compiled 26 doubles wins.

Head Coach Brett Masi, Assistant Coach Bryce Pereira, and Associate Coach Marc Lucero and Karl's family joined in for this picture. Karl's family were his dad Richard, older sister Marika Lam, younger sister Marisa Lee, and mom Chisato.

Our next Senior was Peter Makk, who is from Budapest, Hungary. Over his four years, Peter compiled a singles record of 82-54 and posted 53 doubles victories.

After the USC Senior Celebration ended, our team started Doubles play against Michigan.

Now, it was time for the Singles competition.

On Court 5, Connor Church was the first to finish when he defeated Michigan’s Alex Cairo 6-1, 6-2.
